Andy is a hands on fundraising data veteran who started his career in the UK in 1993 working as an analyst for two large charities (St John Ambulance and then the NSPCC). In 2003 Andy moved to Australia and began working for Pareto Fundraising where he was the driving force behind Pareto Fundraising's international reputation for data-driven fundraising excellence.  Andy now applies his data excellence to Slingshot's clients utilising his rare but priceless ability to communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear and engaging way.

Nick heywood

Nick has been working in the Not For Profit sector for most of the last 13 years, only having a short break to explore the world of lifecycle cost forecasting for the mining industry. His data experience goes back more than 20 years when he started out at a small direct marketing agency in his home town of Norwich in the UK, and he migrated permanently to Australia in 2004.
